Return Policy

We offer a 2-Day Return policy, allowing you to initiate a return within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please be aware that the return window will automatically close after 2 days.

Return Registration Process:

Step 1: Click on the RETURNS option in the orders page and enter the required details.

Step 2: Our team will validate and approve your return based on the circumstances.

Step 3: The order will be picked up (please use the same packing box) from your delivered location and will be delivered back to us.

Step 4: Our team will conduct a quality check on the products, and the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Terms

– A gift coupon code (Store Credit) will be issued instead of a monetary refund.
– The cost of reverse shipping, i.e., getting us to collect the items from you, will incur a charge of INR 100 per order, which will be borne by the customer.
– The store credit will be issued after deducting INR 100 from the price of the returned products once they are delivered back to us.
– No deductions will be made for damaged goods; the entire product value of the damaged product will be refunded as a gift coupon.

Cancellation Policy

We do not entertain order cancellations. We kindly request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
